O'NEILS cloud has a very silver lining

March has seen Intandem go full steam ahead on the integration with O'Neil Software RSSQL RM Bridge service. O'Neil Software are the leader in off Site Warehouse Management software and their application RSQL is used in almost every offsite storage provider to manage the day to day invoicing and work orders.

Intandem has collaborated with O'Neil Software to form part of a true end to end solution that allows the on-site file rooms e.g. Intandem's clients to connect directly to O'Neil's via the RM Bridge connector. Our clients will use FILETRACK Intandem's industry leading Records Management Software to carry out the registering of files and the day to day functions of the files lifecycle. When the file is ready to be sent or retrieved from Archive, a user request this through FILETRACK and the work orders are created in real-time within the RM Bridge. This function allows user to immediately know the status of what they have ordered all through the FILETRACK Interface, we can even tell you when it has left the warehouse.

The benefits of this end to end service are huge, with gains in efficiencies for retrieval, accuracy of file location being driven out to the point where a file or box is always known to FILETRACK in an exact location.
