Mailtrack is to be installed in early January for a major finance client. With items being registered in multiple locations by different users, it was paramount for the internal mailroom to be able to capture and receipt all the incoming items registered.

Heavy internal processes were used to account for the items on a daily basis taking many man hours and offering no quick escalation process if items were not accounted for. This exposed the client in many ways as there was no proof of receipt or onward delivery available quickly and accuratley

Mailtrack has enabled the process to be streamlined in 3 key areas plus reduced the man hours significantly and improved accuracy. The streamlining comes from the efficient registration process at the multiple locations, central recipting and capture process and the onward secure Proof of delivery

The three areas of workflow are fully transparent to all parties which means that the regisatration users can see when the items have been scanned to the central mailroom and any items not arrived can be and resolved and corrected in a matter of minutes.

The onward deliry of items to the end user is also visible and the proof of delivery can be seen by all parties. The transparency of the solution allows trust and confidence and makes the partnership between all involved fluid and confidential
