Intandems' popular Maitrack application has been improved with new feature additions to the mobile and web front end.
Bulk status update and bulk delivery checking have been added to to the front end application, allowing users to scan multiple items and change their status in one go. This brings efficient and effective productivity gains in the goods in area making the assignment of items much easier.
The mobile application has not been left out with the addition of a new status screen letting mailroom operators see what the status of undelivered items are on the move. This makes the mailroom operator more effective whilst out of themailroom as items for collection can be seen in real time.
The new product features are just a few of the new things that are due for release over the coming months.
