Intandem Solutions MAILTRACK is easier to use than ever. With packages that can be scanned to any location and routes that can be completed in any order with real time updates, these are just a few of the new elements available.
Messengers no longer have to worry about delivering packages only to find at the end of a route that there is one package left for someone who they have previously delivered to. This is because the PDA lets the messenger know that there is another item for the recipient in the trolley or mail bag.
All the reporting has been updated to cater for on screen printing or output into excel, and if that sound goods the look and feel of the application is stunning.
The user experience is a pleasure and the application is so simple to use training takes about 30 minutes. Supervisors and adminstrators can define SLA groups so that when specific delivery types are selected the system will generate alerts relating to email.
